We will work with you to give you the best possible experience in changing your practice management system. This includes working together to ensure you receive the best possible combination of training modules to suit your clinic. We will maintain regular contact with you and have planned catch ups to discuss the progress of your conversion. We will use our experience to guide you through checking your data to ensure your conversion meets your requirements. Our consultants will always respond to your email or phone call within 72 hours. Please bear in mind that our CSMs are on site or in remote training and therefore are not always able to respond immediately. Where possible please bring up any queries in your scheduled training.

We ask that you use Monday.com as a tool to track your progress and to communicate with us. Your consultant will assign tasks to you here – for example, we ask that the GDPR agreement is signed here as soon as possible. After each of your implementation sessions, you will be assigned tasks. To be ready for your Go Live date, we ask that you ensure these tasks are completed within the given timeframe – this will include your product import spreadsheet. Please be aware if deadlines are not met this may impact your target go live date. To provide support and maintain your target Go Live date, we ask that you stay in regular contact with your consultant and discuss any issues with them as soon as possible. To ensure accuracy of data and that you are satisfied with your Animana account, we ask that you check your trial account carefully and request any changes (through screen shots of your current system via Monday.com) before the trial conversion is signed off. |

We will work with you and your team to provide consultancy that ensures your Animana is tailored to the needs of your clinic. Where possible we will support in improving your work flow to leave you more time for patient care. We will ensure your training sessions are started on time, allowing ten minutes at the end of the training for any questions, and to plan the next appointment. We will give you access to a training account and supportive materials (after successful approval if your trial) to allow staff to familiarise themselves with Animana prior to Go Live. |
For all training sessions, we ask that you clear all attendee’s schedules, take notes during the session to support your setup, and book time to be able to action your tasks following on from the session. (2-8 hours per week for a conversion) (2-4 hours per week for a non-conversion) To get the most out of your remote training sessions, we ask that you have internet connection, access to speaker/microphone integration of a computer or have checked your ability to “dial in” to WebEx/Teams and, have accessed the WebEx/Teams link sent via email prior to your meeting time to guarantee a prompt start. To get the most out of onsite training sessions, we ask that you ensure an appropriate room is available with the correct capacity for all attendees, and if possible a blank wall where a projector can be used. |
